Housing Services

The St. Joseph Supportive Housing Program provides safe, stable permanent apartments to formerly homeless families who have a family member with a disability. Case Managers partner with tenants to transition from homelessness into the apartment, set goals, and achieve self-sufficiency.

Catholic Charities Certified Housing Counselors educate first time homebuyers, and counsel home owners in danger of losing their homes to foreclosure. All Housing Counselors are HUD certified in homebuyer education and foreclosure counseling. Homebuyer education classes guide first time homebuyers through the process of buying a home. Working individually with homeowners, Housing Counselors help families avoid foreclosure and maintain stable housing. Financial Counseling is included with all housing services.
